**Jaipur, Rajasthan:** Indian badminton star P.V. Sindhu tied the knot with her fiancé, Venkat Datta Sai, Executive Director of Posidex Technologies, in a private ceremony held at the Raddison Hotel in Udaipur on Sunday. The wedding, a blend of traditional South Indian and Rajasthani customs, was attended by a select group of close family and friends. While official photos from the wedding have not yet been released by the families, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat attended the ceremony and shared a picture on social media.
The couple celebrated pre-wedding festivities throughout the weekend, including Haldi, Mehendi, and Sangeet ceremonies. The wedding venue at the Raddison Hotel was decorated to reflect the rich culture of Rajasthan. Guests were treated to a special Rajasthani feast.
A grand reception for Sindhu and Venkat Datta Sai is planned for December 24th in Hyderabad.
