**New Delhi:** Indian all-rounder Harleen Deol smashed her maiden One Day International (ODI) century against the West Indies in the second ODI. The 26-year-old reached the milestone in just 99 balls, showcasing impressive composure and class. This is her first century in any international format.

Deol’s knock of 115 runs from 103 balls (strike rate of 111) included 16 fours. India’s innings started strongly with captain Smriti Mandhana scoring 53 runs off 47 balls before being run out, and Pritiak Rawal contributing a solid 76 off 86 balls. Deol, batting at number three, anchored the innings with her impressive century.

Her achievement marks her as only the fifth Indian woman to score an ODI century batting at number three for the national team, joining the likes of Anjum Chopra and Mithali Raj. The innings solidified her position among India’s top players.
