NEW DELHI, December 23, 2024 – The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the answer key for the Junior Engineer (JE) Computer-Based Test 1 (CBT 1) examination held from December 16-18, 2024. Candidates can download the answer key, along with their response sheets, from the official RRB websites, such as rrbcdg.gov.in, and rrb.digialm.com, starting at 6:00 PM IST. The answer key will be available until December 28, 2024.

The RRB JE CBT 1 exam consisted of 100 questions carrying 100 marks, with a penalty of 1/3rd mark for each incorrect answer. Candidates can use the answer key to calculate their estimated scores and assess their performance. Objections to the answer key can be raised until December 28, 2024, with a fee of ₹50 per question.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 7951 vacancies across various posts, including Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant. The application window was open from July 30 to August 29, 2024. The selection process involves CBT-I, CBT-II, Document Verification (DV), and Medical Examination (ME).

Candidates are advised to download the answer key before the deadline and raise any objections within the stipulated timeframe. The RRB’s decision on objections will be final and binding.
