PARVATIPURAM, Andhra Pradesh – Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan pledged improved road connectivity and healthcare for tribal regions during a visit to Parvatipuram-Manyam district on Friday. Laying the foundation stone for a new road connecting Bagujola to Sirivara, Mr. Kalyan announced a ₹36.71 crore investment in road infrastructure across 19 routes in the area. He emphasized that this investment would eliminate the need for carrying patients and pregnant women in traditional, arduous methods. The Deputy CM’s visit included a walk along challenging ghat roads, despite security concerns, and was met with positive feedback from local residents. The initiative is part of the state government’s broader effort to improve living conditions in tribal communities.
