**Kannur, Kerala, December 21, 2024** – Three crude bombs were discovered at the residence of a former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) member in Parikalam, Ulikkal, Kannur, on Friday morning. Police and a bomb disposal squad conducted a search of Girish’s home following reports of an explosion in the area. The bombs were found stored in paint buckets on the terrace. Authorities believe an additional bomb detonated nearby, based on the discovery of an empty container. Girish, who switched allegiances to the Communist Party of India (Marxist) in January 2024, is now a subject of investigation.
