This victory marked the Thalaivas’ first time surpassing 50 points this season. Meanwhile, the Patna Pirates edged out the Telugu Titans 41-37, securing their playoff berth as the third team to qualify, joining the UP Yoddhas.
The Thalaivas’ win was highlighted by a fourth all-out inflicted on the Bengal Warriorz, with Himanshu achieving a Super 10. Moein Shafaghi and Sai Prasad also contributed significantly to the dominant victory.
The Pirates’ win was a hard-fought battle, characterized by three consecutive super tackles that proved decisive against the Titans. Despite a neck-and-neck match for most of the game, these super tackles gave Patna Pirates the edge.
