Fri Dec 20 14:56:18 UTC 2024: ## Aster Ramesh Hospitals Expands Tele-ICU Services to Andhra Pradesh Tribal Areas

**VIJAYAWADA, Andhra Pradesh (December 20, 2024)** – Aster Ramesh Hospitals announced plans to expand its advanced medical services to underserved tribal communities in Andhra Pradesh. Starting January 2025, the hospital will provide 24/7 Tele-ICU services in Parvathipuram-Manyam district and other tribal areas.

This expansion builds on the hospital’s success with its ‘Cloud Docs Ramesh Tele-ICU’ system, which boasts a 99% success rate in treating nearly 1,000 patients at Indo-British Hospitals in Vijayawada over the past two years. The Tele-ICU system allows a central command center to continuously monitor patients’ health, providing expert care remotely.

The hospital also highlighted its extensive work under government schemes, including the Dr. NTR Vaidya Seva Scheme, providing advanced cardiac care to approximately 20,000 patients across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. These services encompass a wide range of procedures, including bypass surgeries, valve replacements, minimally invasive cardiac surgeries (MICS), pediatric cardiac treatments, and cardio-electrophysiology services. The hospital also offers angioplasty, radio frequency ablation, pacemaker implantation, and treatments for congenital heart defects in children.

Dr. Potineni Ramesh Babu, managing director of Aster Ramesh Hospitals, emphasized the hospital’s commitment to providing quality healthcare to all communities. Several cardiologists and cardiac surgeons were present at the press conference announcing the expansion.
