**Mumbai, December 16, 2024** – Vedanta Ltd announced a fourth interim dividend of ₹8.5 per share for fiscal year 2024-25, totaling approximately ₹3,324 crore. This follows three previous interim dividends of ₹20, ₹4, and ₹11 per share. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on record as of December 24, 2024.

The announcement came after Vedanta’s board meeting concluded earlier today. The company recently reported a consolidated net profit of ₹4,352 crore for the July-September quarter, a significant turnaround from a loss of ₹1,783 crore during the same period last year. While profit increased, consolidated income slightly decreased to ₹38,934 crore from ₹39,585 crore.
