**WASHINGTON D.C.** – C-SPAN is offering its MyC-SPAN users a new benefit: free downloads of congressional hearings and proceedings. Each month, subscribers can download up to four hearings, each under four hours in length. The download process allows users to precisely select the portions they wish to save, with a preview option available to check selections before finalizing the download. Existing clips can be further edited, but only within the original clip’s timeframe. This new feature is available immediately to all MyC-SPAN account holders.
