HYDERABAD, INDIA – Telugu film actor Allu Arjun, despite being granted bail by the High Court, remained in Chanchalguda Jail Friday night due to a delay in receiving the bail order. Jail officials confirmed that he is expected to be released Saturday.

The delay in the arrival of the bail order documents at the jail is cited as the reason for the postponement of his release. Allu Arjun, currently housed in the Manjira barrack, spent the night in custody despite the legal approval. His lawyers reportedly secured the bail bonds and went to the jail to expedite the process, which took several hours.

Allu Aravind, reportedly expressed his frustration over the delay in his son’s release before leaving the jail premises. A large crowd of Allu Arjun’s fans gathered outside the jail, anxiously awaiting his release Friday night.
