**Hyderabad, India** – A bitter family feud within the prominent Manchu family of Telugu cinema has erupted into a public spectacle, involving police complaints, assault allegations, and a hospital visit. The conflict centers on veteran actor Mohan Babu, his sons Manoj and Vishnu, and Manoj’s wife, Mounika.

The dispute began with cross-complaints filed with Hyderabad police. Mohan Babu accused Manoj and Mounika of illegally occupying his Jalpally home, while Manoj alleged he was assaulted by his father. The escalating tensions led to Mohan Babu’s hospitalization due to an increased heart rate. His son, Vishnu Manchu, addressed the media at the hospital, expressing his hope for reconciliation. He stated that his father’s only fault was loving them too much, and defended his father’s actions, attributing the assault on the journalist to a reaction to a perceived invasion of privacy in a heated moment. Vishnu also confirmed his impending appearance before the Hyderabad police. He denied claims that Manoj’s marriage was the root of the problem, clarifying that his father simply didn’t want Manoj living at his home.
