**Prayagraj, UP –** Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Uttar Pradesh on Friday to oversee development projects worth approximately Rs 5,500 crore in Prayagraj, including the launch of a groundbreaking AI-powered chatbot designed to assist devotees attending the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025.
The “Kumbh Sah’AI’yak” chatbot will serve as a digital guide for the millions expected to participate in the world’s largest religious gathering. This multilingual tool, accessible via the official Maha Kumbh 2025 mobile app and WhatsApp, will offer real-time information and personalized assistance in over 10 languages, including Hindi and English.
Key features include interactive text and voice capabilities, Google Maps integration for navigation to key locations (bathing ghats, temples, transportation hubs), cultural and historical insights, and tourism assistance with recommendations for accommodation and sightseeing. The chatbot leverages the Bhashini app for its multilingual functionality.
The Maha Kumbh Mela will run from January 13th to February 26th, 2025. The Prime Minister’s visit underlines the government’s commitment to leveraging technology to enhance the experience for pilgrims and ensure a smooth and well-organized event.
