**Hyderabad, Telangana, December 11, 2024** – Telugu film actor Mohan Babu is under investigation following an alleged assault on two reporters covering a family dispute at his residence in Jalpally. The incident has sparked widespread condemnation from journalists, intellectuals, and Telangana government officials.
According to reports, Babu allegedly attacked the reporters who were covering a family feud within the Manchu family. The incident prompted strong reactions, with former Press Academy chairman Allam Narayana among those publicly criticizing Babu’s actions and demanding stringent action. The Rachakonda Police Commissioner, Sudhir Babu, has issued notices to Mohan Babu, his son Manoj Manchu, and another son, Vishnu Manchu, summoning them for questioning at 10:30 AM on December 12th.
