Mon Dec 09 08:02:55 UTC 2024: **CLAT 2025 Results Declared; Consortium of NLUs Releases Scorecards**

NEW DELHI – The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU) announced the results of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 on December 8, 2024. The exam was conducted nationwide on December 1, 2024. Candidates can access their results and the final answer key on the official website: consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

This year, a notable nine transgender candidates participated in the exam. CLAT, known as one of India’s most challenging entrance exams, determines admission to top law colleges across the country for LLB and LLM programs.

The CNLU also released the CLAT 2025 cutoff scores. These cutoffs, which vary for each National Law University (NLU), are determined by several factors including: the difficulty of the exam, the number of applicants, the number of candidates who qualified, the total number of seats available, and previous years’ cutoffs. Historically, top NLUs have had significantly higher cutoff marks than others.

Candidates who cleared the exam can now apply for their chosen LLB or LLM courses, keeping in mind the individual cutoff lists for each NLU.
