Sun Dec 08 16:37:19 UTC 2024: ## UFC Fighters Receive $368,500 in Promotional Compliance Pay at UFC 310
**LAS VEGAS** – The UFC distributed a total of $368,500 in Promotional Guidelines Compliance pay to fighters competing at UFC 310, held Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena. This payout, part of a new program replacing the previous UFC Athlete Outfitting Policy, compensates fighters for fulfilling media obligations, adhering to outfitting requirements, and meeting other aspects of the fighter code of conduct. The funds are derived from Venum’s multi-year sponsorship deal with the UFC.
Payouts are tiered based on the number of UFC, WEC (since January 2007), and Strikeforce (since April 2011) fights a fighter has participated in. Amounts range from $4,000 for fighters with 1-3 bouts to $21,000 for those with 21 or more. Champions receive $42,000, while title challengers receive $32,000.
This announcement follows a year of significant payouts under the new program, with UFC 310 contributing to a 2024 total exceeding $8 million and a program-to-date total surpassing $30 million. The UFC also confirmed that fighters will receive ongoing royalty payments (20-30%) on merchandise bearing their likeness. This new compensation structure represents a significant evolution in fighter remuneration within the organization.
