Fri Dec 06 15:15:21 UTC 2024: ## NTPC Ramagundam Inaugurates New Coal Bhawan and Heritage Centre
**Peddapalli, Telangana, December 6, 2024** – NTPC Ramagundam power station in Peddapalli district today inaugurated a new “Coal Bhawan of Telangana” and a “Heritage Centre of Ramagundam and Telangana,” marking a significant milestone for the plant. The inauguration was performed by Ravindra Kumar, NTPC director (Operations) for Ramagundam and Telangana, who began a three-day visit to the facility.
The Heritage Centre showcases over four decades of operational excellence at the NTPC-Ramagundam plant, one of India’s largest and most efficient power plants. Following the inauguration, Kumar met with junior executives and representatives from local unions and associations. Kedar Ranjan Pandu, NTPC executive director (Ramagundam and Telangana) and regional executive director (South), was also present at the event.
