**Chennai:** A book on Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, titled “Ellorukkumana Thalaivar Ambedkar” (Ambedkar, the Leader for All), will be released today in Chennai by Vijay, the leader of the Tamil Nadu Vetri Kazhagam (TVK). The event, which will be attended by Ambedkar’s grandson among other dignitaries, marks Vijay’s first public appearance since the launch of the TVK party.
