**Madhubani, Bihar:** A school teacher, Mithilesh Kumar Madhukar (30), died in a hit-and-run accident in Madhubani, Bihar, on his way to school this morning. The incident occurred near Bisphi Jale Kaji Behera Plus Two High School, where he taught.
According to Bisphi police station SHO Abhinash Kumar, an unidentified vehicle struck Madhukar’s motorbike, causing fatal head injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified Madhukar, a resident of Dilabarpur village in Darbhanga, using his Aadhaar card.
Following the accident, a crowd gathered and alerted the police. Colleagues from his school arrived to express their condolences. Villagers have expressed grief and demanded the swift arrest of the unidentified driver.
Police have initiated a case and are investigating, reviewing CCTV footage from nearby areas to identify the vehicle and driver involved.
