**Chennai, December 4, 2024** – Tamil Nadu Health Minister Ma. Subramanian inaugurated new facilities worth ₹38 lakh at the Government Dental College in Chennai today. The improvements include an indoor sports center and a planned reverse osmosis plant for drinking water. The college also acquired an electric vehicle through corporate social responsibility (CSR) funding from the State Bank of India. Minister Subramanian also inspected ongoing construction of new buildings valued at ₹128.99 crore, representing a significant upgrade to the college’s infrastructure. He was accompanied by Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments P.K. Sekar Babu and senior health officials.
