**Udaipur, India** – Double Olympic medalist and badminton champion PV Sindhu is set to marry Venkata Datta Sai, an executive director at Posidex Technologies, in a ceremony in Udaipur on December 22nd. The announcement follows Sindhu’s recent victory at the Syed Modi International badminton tournament in Lucknow.
Wedding festivities will begin on December 20th, with a reception planned for Hyderabad on December 24th. Sindhu’s father, PV Ramana, stated that the December 22nd date was chosen due to Sindhu’s demanding schedule, which resumes in January.
Sai, a Hyderabad resident, holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Flame University and a Master’s degree in Data Science and Machine Learning from IIIT Bangalore. He has experience with JSW and currently serves as Managing Director for Sour Apple Asset Management and Executive Director at Posidex Technologies, where he works on complex financial solutions for major banks.
The couple’s families have known each other for some time, with the wedding plans finalized just a month ago. Sindhu is expected to resume her badminton training shortly after the celebrations.
