**KYIV, December 3, 2024** – Russian forces launched an overnight drone attack targeting energy infrastructure in western Ukraine, officials reported Tuesday. The attacks hit facilities in the Rivne and Ternopil regions. In Ternopil, a drone strike on an energy facility left parts of the city without power, according to Serhiy Nadal, head of the regional defense headquarters.
