Sun Dec 01 03:43:09 UTC 2024: ## Delhi Congress Accuses AAP of Neglecting Mohalla Clinics

**New Delhi, December 1, 2024** – Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav launched a scathing attack on the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Saturday, accusing the party of neglecting the city’s healthcare infrastructure. Yadav, speaking at the party’s ‘Delhi Nyaya Yatra’, claimed that many of the promised Mohalla Clinics are in disrepair, lacking doctors, nurses, and essential medicines. He alleged that the clinics are instead becoming havens for stray animals and anti-social activities.

Yadav further alleged that fraudulent pathology and radiology tests are being conducted at some clinics, with payments funneled to private labs under the guise of referrals. He contrasted the AAP’s promises of 1,000 Mohalla Clinics with the current reality, stating that even half that number haven’t been established, and existing clinics are in a state of disrepair. The Congress leader’s accusations are the latest in an ongoing political battle over the effectiveness and condition of Delhi’s healthcare system.
