**Hyderabad, November 27, 2024** – Hyderabad police arrested a 41-year-old woman, Putta Sunitha, on Tuesday for stealing gold jewelry worth ₹2.9 lakh from a jewelry store in KPHB Colony. Sunitha, wearing a mask, entered Devi Jewellery showroom on November 23rd, distracting staff while she stole a 73.916-gram gold chain. Police recovered the stolen jewelry and remanded Sunitha to judicial custody. The incident was reported by store manager Rakesh Sirui.
