Mr. Gandhi dismissed the Adani Group’s statement, questioning its credibility.

Mr. Gandhi’s call for Mr. Adani’s arrest follows statements by Adani’s lawyer, Mukul Rohtagi, who argued that the accusations of bribery lack specifics regarding who bribed whom.
