**MUMBAI, INDIA** – Mahindra & Mahindra is set to make a significant splash in the electric vehicle market with the launch of two new electric SUVs, the XEV 9e and BE 6e, on November 26th. Ahead of the launch, the company has revealed some key details about these upcoming vehicles.

Both SUVs will be built on Mahindra’s new INGLO electric architecture. This platform boasts a compact three-in-one powertrain system (motor, inverter, and transmission) offering motor outputs ranging from 231hp to 286hp depending on the model. The front-wheel-drive configuration promises enhanced power delivery. While the company hasn’t disclosed the driving range yet, they highlighted the lightweight, flat-floor skateboard design of the INGLO platform, maximizing cabin space and enhancing both comfort and driving experience.

Mahindra emphasizes safety features, including ultra-high-strength boron steel, a reinforced frontal structure, and a low center of gravity due to the battery’s placement. The INGLO architecture also incorporates advanced features like a semi-active suspension system, high-power steering, and brake-by-wire technology for an enhanced driving experience.

The XEV 9e and BE 6e will offer 59kWh and 79kWh battery packs utilizing Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery technology. Mahindra claims a 20% to 80% charge in just 20 minutes using a 175kW DC fast charger. Further details regarding pricing and specific features will be revealed at the official launch on November 26th.
