**Bhubaneswar, Odisha, November 22, 2024** – The Odisha Board of Secondary Education (BSE Odisha) today announced the results of the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2024. Candidates who took the exam on August 17th can now view their results on the official BSE Odisha website [insert link here]. The answer key was previously released on September 19th.

The OTET is a mandatory qualification for aspiring secondary school teachers in Odisha. A passing score is required to obtain the TET certificate, a prerequisite for applying to teaching positions in the state. The passing marks are 60% (90 out of 150) for general category candidates, and 50% (75 out of 150) for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), and Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC) categories.
