**KOLLAM, INDIA (November 22, 2024)** – A kite festival will be held this Sunday, November 24th, on Kollam beach, announced the Kollam Kite Club. The festival, commencing at 4 p.m., will be inaugurated by Collector N. Devidas. In advance of the main event, a kite-making workshop for 100 students from various schools will be held at 10 a.m. at the Quilon Lions Club Hall, inaugurated by MLA M. Mukesh and led by kite expert Rajesh Nair, chairperson of the Kitist and Kitelife Foundation. The festival promises to be a vibrant community event.
