NEW DELHI, November 22, 2024 – Several Indian state boards have begun releasing exam schedules for the 2025 Class 10 and 12 board examinations. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has already announced that its Class 10 exams will run from February 15 to March 18, 2025, and Class 12 exams from February 15 to April 4, 2025. The dates are available on cbse.gov.in and cbse.nic.in.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) will soon publish its dates for the Indian School Certificate (Class 12) and Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (Class 10) exams on cisce.org.

Other state boards expected to release their schedules soon include Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Goa, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, and Tamil Nadu. Many anticipate exams beginning in mid-February or March 2025.

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has already set its Class 10 exams for February 27 to March 19, 2025, and Class 12 exams for February 25 to March 25, 2025 (note discrepancy: year should be 2025). Details are available at mpbse.nic.in and mpbse.mponline.gov.in.

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE) has indicated that its exams will likely begin February 15, 2025, and conclude by March 2025, with the full timetable to be released soon.
