**Mumbai, November 21, 2024** – The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced the exam schedule for the SSC (Class 10) and HSC (Class 12) board examinations for 2025. The dates are available on the MSBSHSE official website, mahahsscboard.in, starting today.
The SSC examinations will commence on February 21, 2025, and conclude on March 17, 2025. The exams will be held in two shifts: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The exams will begin with the language paper and conclude with geography.
The HSC examinations for general, bifocal, and vocational streams will be held from February 11, 2025, to March 11, 2025, also in two shifts (11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM). These exams will begin with English and end with Sociology.
The board reported a decrease in student registrations this year compared to the previous five years. In 2023, there was a 61,708 decrease in registrations compared to 2022. Last year, 15,79,374 students from 23,010 schools registered for the SSC exam.
The exams will be conducted across nine divisional boards: Pune, Nagpur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur, and Konkan. Students can visit the MSBSHSE website for further details.
