Tue Nov 19 12:59:30 UTC 2024: ## BRS Accuses Maxbien Pharma Directors of Fund Diversion, Files ED Complaint
**Hyderabad, November 19, 2024** – The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has filed a complaint with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Maxbien Pharma, alleging financial irregularities. The complaint, filed by BRS leader Manne Krishank, claims that directors of Maxbien, including the son-in-law of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, have diverted funds to family members for unrelated businesses.
Krishank highlighted that the Chief Minister’s son-in-law’s family members are already under ED investigation and have existing cases registered against them. He further noted that the family has stakes in a recently inaugurated private hospital in Warangal, which was inaugurated by the Chief Minister himself. All supporting documentation was submitted to the ED, according to Krishank.
The complaint also draws attention to the Telangana government’s land acquisition for a proposed pharma cluster in the Chief Minister’s Kodangal constituency, citing resistance from many affected farmers. The BRS alleges a connection between these land acquisitions and the alleged financial improprieties within Maxbien Pharma.
