**Mumbai, India** – Neha Bhosle, a Mumbai native, has achieved a remarkable feat, cracking the highly competitive UPSC Civil Services Examination in her third attempt and securing an All India Rank of 15. Her journey is a testament to determination and adaptability.
Bhosle, initially aiming for a career in technology, pursued engineering from Mumbai University after initially considering various fields like archaeology and law.
