**Idukki, Kerala – November 18, 2024** – Malayalam actor and Bigg Boss participant P.S. Fareeduddin, known as Pareekutty, was arrested on Saturday night in Idukki district for alleged possession of narcotics. Excise officials apprehended Fareeduddin and a friend during a routine vehicle check at Pullikkanam. Authorities seized 10.5 grams of MDMA and 9 grams of ganja from their vehicle. A senior Excise official stated that the quantity of narcotics found is considered commercial, carrying a potential prison sentence of 10 to 20 years. Both Fareeduddin and his friend were remanded to judicial custody after appearing before a local court. The investigation is ongoing.
