**Prayagraj, [Date]:** Preparations for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Board (UP Board) secondary education examinations are accelerating. A total of 45,289 students have registered for the exams – 23,399 for high school and 21,890 for intermediate.
The final list of examination centers is awaited. A meeting at the District Magistrate level is planned to finalize the list after considering objections raised against the provisional list. 41 objections, mostly regarding excessive travel distance to centers, were received by the deadline.
Ashutosh Shukla, Assistant Examination In-charge at the DIOS office, confirmed the upcoming meeting. Following the meeting, the finalized list will be sent to the board. The final list is expected from the board by November 23.
Examination centers are already beginning preparations to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all students.
