The helpdesk, managed by the Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC), serves as a one-stop solution for entrepreneurs, providing guidance, information, and grievance redressal.

The initiative has been instrumental in Kerala’s success in the Union Commerce Ministry’s Ease of Doing Business index, where the state secured the top spot this year.

The helpdesk offers a comprehensive suite of services, including:

* **Information and guidance on land and space availability for new businesses.**
* **Details on credit facilities and loan schemes for industrial units.**
* **Facilitation for obtaining licenses and clearances required for business setup.**

Additionally, the helpdesk handles grievances related to various enterprises, including local-level issues and problems faced during export or transportation. The team actively seeks feedback from entrepreneurs to improve procedures and policies.
