**Rutherford, NJ (November 13, 2024)** – In celebration of World Kindness Day, the travel industry is highlighting the vital role of the Family Bonds Foundation in supporting its members facing hardship. Founded in 2015 by Internova Travel Group, the Foundation provides essential grants to travel advisors, supplier partners, and their communities during challenging times.
The Foundation’s mission is fueled by the generosity of the travel industry, with corporate sponsors including Nexion Travel Group, Travel Leaders Network, Signature Travel Network, Globus family of brands, Pavlus Travel, Outside Agents, and Unique Vacations, among others.
“The generosity we’ve seen within our industry is truly inspiring,” shared Jackie Friedman, Family Bonds Foundation President and President of Nexion Travel Group. “We are committed to providing even greater support to those in need.”
The Foundation receives nominations from Internova Travel Group’s network of advisors, preferred partners, and supplier partners across the industry. A board of travel industry leaders then reviews the nominations and awards grants, having distributed over 250 grants to date.

The Foundation’s impact extends beyond individual support. It has raised funds for significant causes, including Ukraine relief efforts, families impacted by Hurricane Beryl, wildfire victims in Maui, and recent hurricane victims in the Caribbean.
