**VARANASI, INDIA -** Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha marked his 36th birthday on November 10th in the spiritual city of Varanasi, accompanied by his wife, Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra. The couple participated in the renowned Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, where they were welcomed by members of the Ganga Seva Nidhi with traditional stoles, religious offerings, and a memento.
Chopra took to Instagram to express her love for her husband, sharing a heartwarming reel and caption: “Happiest bday my Ragaii. Your grace, honesty, patience and maturity make me wanna be a better person every day.”
Chadha, a senior leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), is a chartered accountant by profession and has been associated with the party since its inception in 2012. He contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections as an AAP candidate for the South Delhi seat but lost. However, he won the Rajinder Nagar constituency in the Delhi Assembly elections a year later. Currently serving as the Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab, Chadha is one of the youngest members of Parliament.
Chadha and Chopra tied the knot in September 2023 in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
