**Hyderabad, November 11, 2024:** Raghu Vamsi Group, a leading manufacturer of high-precision engineering components and sub-assemblies in Hyderabad, has acquired British precision machining firm PMC Group. The acquisition will propel Raghu Vamsi Group’s global footprint and expand its capabilities, particularly in the oil and gas sector.

PMC Group specializes in manufacturing components for the oil and gas industry, serving global OEM customers like SLB, Baker Hughes, and Halliburton.
