**Adelaide, Australia (November 8, 2024):** Pakistan celebrated a resounding nine-wicket victory over Australia in the second One-Day International at the Adelaide Oval, leveling the three-match series at 1-1.
The Australian batting line-up faltered, managing a meager 163 runs in the first innings. Steve Smith was the highest scorer with 35 runs, while the rest of the team struggled to make significant contributions. Pakistan’s bowling attack proved too strong, with Haris Rauf claiming an impressive five wickets and Shaheen Afridi securing three.
Pakistan’s chase was a dominant display of batting prowess. Saim Ayub led the charge with a fluent 82 runs off 71 deliveries, while Abdullah Shafique remained unbeaten on 64 runs.
