The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta has released the admit cards for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 on November 5th. Candidates who have applied for the exam can download their admit cards from the official website using their user ID and password.

The CAT 2024 exam is scheduled for November 24th and will be conducted online. In Telangana, the exam will be held in Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, and Warangal. In Andhra Pradesh, the exam will be held in Anantapur, Guntur, Kurnool, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Chirala, Kadapa, Nellore, Tirupati, Vizianagaram, Chittoor, Kakinada, Ongole, and Vijayawada.

The admit card is crucial for the exam and must be carried by the candidates to the examination hall. It can be downloaded until the exam date.

**How to Download CAT 2024 Admit Card:**

* Visit the official website: iimcat.ac.in
* Click on the “Download CAT 2024 Admit Card” link.
* Login with your user ID and password.
* Your admit card will be displayed.
* Download and print the admit card.

**CAT 2024 Exam Pattern:**

The CAT 2024 exam will be a computer-based test with a total of 198 marks. It will consist of three sections with 66 questions in total:

* **Section 1: Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (24 Questions – 72 Marks)**
* **Section 2: Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (20 Questions – 60 Marks)**
* **Section 3: Quantitative Ability (22 Questions – 66 Marks)**

Each section has a time limit of 40 minutes, making the total exam time 120 minutes. PwD candidates will be allotted additional time. Each question carries 3 marks, and there is a negative marking scheme of 1 mark for every incorrect answer.

The CAT 2024 score is valid for one year, until December 31, 2025.

**Admission to IIM Campuses:**

Candidates who clear the CAT 2024 exam can apply for admission to various IIM campuses including Visakhapatnam, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata, Jammu, Bodh Gaya, Udaipur, Tiruchirappalli, Kozhikode, Amritsar, Raipur, Nagpur, Kashipur, Lucknow, Ranchi, Rohtak, Shillong, Indore, Sambalpur, and Sirmaur.
