**Lucknow, India (November 7, 2024):** The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has released the final answer key for the Constable Recruitment 2023 written examination. The key is available on the official website until November 9th, 2024.

The board has reviewed objections submitted by candidates and reports from subject matter experts before publishing the final answer key. Marks for annulled questions will be awarded according to the Allahabad High Court’s decision in a 2009 case.

The UPPRPB is expected to release the list of candidates selected for the next stage of the selection process, the DVPST, in the third week of November. The cutoff marks for different categories will also be announced at the same time.

Candidates who clear the written exam will be invited to participate in the Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and document verification. Details regarding these processes will be shared later.

The written examination for the UP Police Constable position consisted of 150 questions, divided into four sections: General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Ability, and Mental Aptitude, IQ, and Logical Reasoning. The exam was conducted for a total of 300 marks and had a duration of 3 hours.

Approximately 48 lakh candidates appeared for the examination.
