**Houston, October 29:** Nepal delivered a commanding performance, defeating Scotland by 5 wickets in the 39th match of the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 2023-27 at the Prairie View Cricket Complex in Houston. This victory marked Nepal’s second win in 10 matches of the tournament.
Nepal, electing to bowl first after winning the toss, restricted Scotland to a paltry 154 runs in 41.4 overs. Sandeep Lamichhane was the pick of the bowlers for Nepal, claiming 3 wickets for 45 runs in his 10 overs. Karan KC, Sompal Kami, Gulshan Jha, and Asif Sheikh also chipped in with two wickets each.
