**Bangalore, October 28 (Andhra Jyothi)**: The hearing on actor Darshan’s bail plea in the Chitradurga Renuka Swami murder case has been postponed to Tuesday. Darshan, currently lodged in Ballari jail, is suffering from severe back pain that requires immediate surgery, according to his lawyers.
The High Court had previously asked for a medical report on Darshan’s condition. In response, Ballari Jail authorities submitted an MRI report to the court on Monday. Darshan’s lawyer, CV Nagesh, argued that the actor’s blood circulation is poor and there is a risk of paralysis. He pleaded for bail, stating that Darshan’s health is deteriorating.
The High Court has adjourned the hearing to Tuesday at 2:30 PM.
