**HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow)** – Hawaii is facing heightened wildfire risk on Wednesday, prompting the Hawaii News Now First Alert Weather Team to declare it a First Alert Weather Day for the entire state.
Dry fuels, strong trade winds, and low humidity will create critical fire weather conditions, according to forecasters. A red flag warning is in effect from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for leeward sections of all islands.
