**Mumbai, India:** Renowned Marathi actor Atul Parchure passed away on Monday at the age of 57 after a two-year courageous battle with cancer. The news of his demise sent shockwaves through the entire film industry. Parchure’s legacy is not only marked by his exceptional performances but also by his unwavering spirit and positive outlook on life.

Parchure began his career in 1985 with the Marathi film “Khichdi,” marking the beginning of a long and successful journey in the entertainment industry. Over time, he became a household name, known for his comedic timing in numerous Marathi plays and films like “Vasuchi Sasoo,” “Navra Mazha Navsacha,” “Priyatam,” and “Tarun Turk Mhatare Arka.”
