Stalin expressed his gratitude and admiration for the pilot and crew of an Air India Express flight that safely landed in Trichy after experiencing technical difficulties. The flight, which had been circling in the air for over two hours due to the technical malfunction, landed safely at the airport.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), CM Stalin expressed his relief at the safe landing. He also shared that he immediately convened an emergency meeting with officials upon receiving news of the issue. “I instructed them to have fire engines, ambulances, and medical assistance ready on standby,” he said. “I have also instructed the District Collector to ensure the safety of all passengers and provide them with any necessary support.”
CM Stalin concluded his statement by praising the pilot and crew for their skill and professionalism in navigating the challenging situation. “My sincere appreciation to the pilot and the flight crew for safely landing the aircraft!”
