**Bhopal, October 4:** Union Minister and BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed strong confidence in the BJP’s victory in the upcoming Jammu & Kashmir and Haryana assembly elections.

“I have been in both Jammu & Kashmir and Haryana during the elections. I am confident that the BJP will form the government in both states,” Chouhan stated at his residence in Bhopal. He highlighted the positive atmosphere in Haryana, further bolstering his belief in their electoral success.

The three-phased elections for the 90-member Jammu & Kashmir assembly concluded on October 1st, while Haryana will go to polls on October 5th. Results for both states will be declared on October 8th.

Speaking on the ongoing ‘Parivartan Yatra’ in Jharkhand, Chouhan said the campaign is receiving overwhelming support despite the lack of election announcements. He highlighted the party’s commitment to working in Jharkhand and achieving success.

On the upcoming assembly by-election in his former constituency, Budhni, Chouhan asserted the BJP’s victory. He had resigned from the seat after winning the Lok Sabha elections from Vidisha.

Commenting on the government’s pro-farmer initiatives, Chouhan emphasized the impact of recent decisions on boosting oilseed production. He cited the government’s approval of a Rs 10,103 crore National Mission on Edible Oils – Oilseeds, aimed at promoting domestic production.
