**Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh**: In a shocking case of fraud, a couple has allegedly duped hundreds of people in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, to the tune of ₹35 crore, by claiming to possess a “time machine” that could reverse aging.
Rajeev Kumar Dube and his wife Rashmi Dube, the alleged perpetrators, have been accused of running a fraudulent therapy center called “Revival World” in Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur. They claimed that the center housed a “time machine” imported from Israel that could turn a 60-year-old into a 25-year-old.
The couple further enticed people by promising a “unique oxygen therapy” that could restore youthfulness within months, exploiting concerns about air pollution in the area. They offered a 10-session package for ₹6,000 and a special three-year package for ₹90,000.
Renu Singh, a victim, reported that the couple had swindled ₹10.75 lakh from her. Police investigations suggest that the couple has defrauded hundreds of people, amassing a fortune of around ₹35 crore.
Both Rajeev and Rashmi have gone into hiding and are suspected to have fled the country. Police have registered a case and are actively searching for the accused.
