Playing at the Chepauk Stadium in Chennai, Vaibhav scored a remarkable 104 runs off just 58 balls, surpassing the records previously held by Pakistan’s Babar Azam and Bangladesh’s Nazmul Hasan Shanto. This achievement makes him the youngest player to score a century in professional cricket, breaking the previous record set by Shanto at 14 years and 241 days.
