Mon Sep 23 06:12:21 UTC 2024: ## AP TET 2024: Confusion and Concerns as Hall Tickets Released

**Vijayawada:** The Andhra Pradesh School Education Department has released the schedule for the upcoming AP TET 2024 exam, scheduled to be conducted from October 3rd to 21st. However, the release of hall tickets on Sunday has sparked concerns among aspirants due to several discrepancies and conflicting information.

Several candidates have reported receiving hall tickets for two different exams on the same day, leaving them in a dilemma about which exam to attend. The situation is further complicated by the allocation of examination centers in different districts for the same day, making it practically impossible to appear for both exams.

The issue appears to have particularly affected candidates applying for both Secondary and School Assistant posts, as they had opted for different subjects under various categories. This has resulted in the allocation of two separate hall tickets for the same date, further amplifying the confusion.

The discrepancies have led to widespread anxiety among aspiring teachers who are already grappling with the pressure of preparing for the exam. Many have expressed their concerns online, urging the authorities to rectify the situation and allocate separate dates for candidates facing this issue.

The AP TET 2024 exam will be conducted in two sessions daily, with the first session from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM and the second session from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. The exam is being conducted online, with a total of 4.27 lakh candidates having registered for the test.

To help candidates prepare, the School Education Department will be making mock test papers available online from September 19th on the CSE AP website: https://cse.ap.gov.in/

The department is expected to address the concerns regarding the hall ticket discrepancies and provide a solution to ensure a fair and smooth examination process.
