**Chennai:** Rishabh Pant, returning to Test cricket after a two-year injury layoff, made a triumphant comeback with a brilliant century in India’s second innings against Bangladesh in the first Test. His century, along with a century partnership with Shubman Gill, propelled India to a convincing 280-run victory, giving them a 1-0 lead in the two-match series.
Speaking after the match, Pant expressed his joy and emotions about his return, saying, “I love playing in Chennai. I was coming back from an injury across all three formats.
